No. Rural Fibre Co does not provide VoIP, email or landline phone services.
We build and operate the fibre network that brings connectivity to your property. Retail service providers use our network to deliver internet plans and any extra services they choose to offer.
VoIP and email do not come from the network. They are services that run over your internet connection and are supplied separately.
If you need VoIP, email hosting or a landline phone service, you can use a stand alone provider. There are many independent companies that offer VoIP phone plans and email hosting. If you want to know whether a traditional landline service is available at your address, Telstra will be able to advise you.
